So, you’re on the beach, enjoying your cherry pie. Then, worst-case scenario, hordes of cockroaches attack. As they ‘AppRoach’ (get it?), your only choice is to ruthlessly squash the bugs, and when that doesn’t work, pull out your trusty ‘specials’ to kill them all.
In this simple, fun game from RESOLUTE Games & Apps (publishers of “ThumStruck”, “Segment,” and “Seven Deaths in Nagamachi”), players must defend to the death (of the roaches) their food.
Gameplay is as simple as tapping the screen. Little bugs are easy to kill, but they’re fast and hard to catch. Larger bugs are slower, but might take two or three taps to put them down.
Too many bugs in the pile? Then use the “specials,” which include a flyswatter, a can of bug spray, or even a bug ‘bomb’ that annihilates every bug in the blast radius. Use the specials carefully, though, because they don’t last forever. At the same time, you refill your specials meter by killing more bugs!
(NOTE: When using the bug spray, simply drag your finger across the screen, killing all in your wake.)
